Top of Varneys Range has magnificent views over Coolamatong Golf Course to the coastal ranges on the far distant eastern horizon. To the west is the main snowy range & you can look down the Thredbo valley to Mt Kosciuszko. At night you can see the lights at the top of the Thredbo chairlift. As we are in the Snowy Mountains region, you have vistas with and without snow depending on the season you visit, and you have the seclusion of the bush all around.
